Please check out The Cancer Imaging Archive (TCIA). The home page is http://cancerimagingarchive.net. You need to register (it's free) to download images. Prior to registering you can review a full list of what is available here: https://wiki.cancerimagingarchive.net/di...
There are 3 data sets which contain breast MRI data: TCGA-BRCA, Breast-Diagnosis, and RIDER Breast MRI. As you can see on the wiki page I linked to the Breast-Diagnosis has a limited number of cases that also contain some PET/CT in addition to the MR images.
