i've just downloaded the latest code from svn. cbsmat seems to be
corrected. However, a simple comment:
when I check the voxel coordinates corresponding to cbsmat output x-axis is always correct, but y-axis and z-axis is always 1 less than the correct value. i.e. when I paint an seed image at
(45, 65, 32) and run tract | cbsmat, the resulting .csv file gives physical coordinates corresponding to (45, 64, 31).
