I am trying to run LesionToads on a T1 and T2 image on my Linux machine, but midway through during iteration1 (atlas alignment), I get this error:

Pb: X (0,0,0) -> X' (NaN,NaN,NaN)
transform: (NaN, NaN, NaN, NaN, NaN, NaN, NaN, NaN, NaN, NaN, NaN, NaN)
Exception in thread "Thread-3" java.lang.NullPointerException

Does anyone know what is wrong or how I can resolve this?
