ubuntu 12.10: FSL 5 command issues?
I have just upgraded FSL4.1 to FSL5.0 because I wanted to use some
of the advanced options of the fsl_motion_outliers command.
Although I was able to run the terminal script terminal flawlessly on FSL 4.1, when I run it in FSL 5.0 it just does nothing.
It does not even issue a warning or an error message, it just returns to a new line.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
