Whoa sorry about that, I think I confused the issue. DO NOT run slice timing correction before PESTICA no matter what.  It will make any physiologic noise correction work poorly (even if you used pulse and breathing monitors to record the physiologic signals instead of PESTICA).  I think its safest to do moco, then PESTICA, then slice timing correction.
