RE: fMRI analysis of pig brains
Hi Michael!
I don't have any experience with swine brains, and as many, haven't seen a swine brain in my life.
But this could change! Maybe you would like to contribute with a swine brain T1W image for this
open brain catalogue? :
http://siphonophore.org/braincatalogue
if you do, I'd try to make a surface reconstruction (look at the sloth bear, leopard, ferret, human...)
and put it all free and open access in the website.
thanks in advance!
cheers,
roberto
(and any other fancy brain that you may have would be greatly appreciated!)
