Reconstruct SPECT data
Hi,
i recently received from an hospital Brain SPECT data from a patient. But the data I received is NOT on the "usual" format (resliced transaxial).
In the data that i received, it seems that each image is a "photo" from the rotational machine that does the SPECT Aquisition, as i have a 360º rotational info from the patient brain. And I want to reslice it into transaxial slices to be able to analyse on any software.
How can I do that? I already have tried to use some softwares of reconstruction from projections, but with no success... Because what I have are not sinograms, they are the 360º view of the head...
Please help, and sorry if it is a noob question.
I've also annexed the DICOM file i'm talking, because I may not been very clear in the question.
Best Regards,
Filipe Monteiro
