Dear All,
I'm trying to run the SPHARM-PDM pipeline on Ubuntu 12.04 (64bit) within VirtualBox on a MacPro (10.8.4). I have installed Slicer 3.6, and spharm-pdm_v1.10.12_linux64.  Because the SPHARM-PDM extension wasn't active within the Slicer's extension manager, I manually added per slide 8 of the tutorial instructions from <>.  After re-booting Slicer, I see some of the spharm components, but not all of them.  In particular, the "ShapeAnalysisModule" does not appear.

I followed the installation instructions at: <>  However, ubuntu 10.10 is no longer supported and so tk8.4 and tcl8.4 are not downloadable from ubuntu.  Therefore I tried circumventing this issue by downloading ubuntu 12.04.

I would very much like to use the software but cannot figure out how. Could you please help me?
