Dear Beatriz,
Per your advice, I downloaded Slicer 4.2.0-2013-07-26 from the slicer website and added the pathway to spharm-pdm_v1.12_linux64 by using Slicer's Edit>Modules>Additional module pathways function. Then Slicer restarted, but spharm-pdm was not in the module list (nor any of its components).
So I am again stumped. Please help.
