RE: no number of replacement when using spmbatch
Dear Min Sheng,
This is a tricky one, as you need spmbatch experts, rather than general SPM experts, and according to the website for spmbatch, email support from the author "has been discontinued".
http://www.aimfeld.ch/neurotools/neurotools.html
You could try asking on the general SPM discussion list,
http://www.fil.ion.ucl.ac.uk/spm/support...
If that doesn't lead to an answer, then I would suggest that you try using the main matlabbatch GUI in SPM8 (and 12-beta), and in particular, the "save batch and script" option. See Chapter 42 (especially section 42.2.3) of the SPM manual,
http://www.fil.ion.ucl.ac.uk/spm/doc/manual.pdf
You should find this batch system is very well supported on the SPM mailing list thanks to Volkmar Glauche, Guillaume Flandin and others.
Good luck!
Ged
