Hello Nia,
This is a terminology problem with the MP-RAGE scan. The TR you are expecting is listed as the Echo Spacing of 8.2 msec. The repetition time of 2500 is the time per shot (mag prep, inversion delay of ~1200 msec, plus readout train).
