I downloaded your code from the Niftyseg web site 


Unfortunately I'm not able to compile and produce the setup for Windows, in order to use Your code:
1. does it exist the .exe that can be downloaded from another site?
2. what's the syntax to run your program?
2.1 does the program run from the command line?
2.2 should the program have any mandatory input params?
