Notes:
The zip folder nitrc_files.zip in dti_tract_stat version 2 has the
same code files (Tool_version14.cxx and dtitypes.h). The only
addition is the CMakeLists.txt file to help in compiling the code
using the CMake build system. The minimum CMake version required is
2.4
