This resource provides a BIDS-curated release of raw diffusion MRI data from the Autism Brain Imaging Data Exchange II (ABIDE II) initiative and is part of the Large-Scale Curated Diffusion MRI Data for Autism Research (LADDER) project. Its purpose is to facilitate reproducible and standardized analysis of diffusion MRI data in autism research by providing harmonized, well-documented datasets with quality control. The dataset includes raw diffusion and structural MRI data, along with accompanying phenotypic information, from the following ABIDE II sites: Barrow Neurological Institute (BNI), Institut Pasteur and Robert Debré Hospital (IP), Trinity Centre for Health Sciences (TCD), and NYU Langone Medical Center (NYU).
