This is a BIDS-curated release of diffusion MRI data available from the Autism Brain Imaging Data Exchange II (ABIDE II) initiative and is part of the LADDER project, which aims to provide large-scale curated diffusion MRI data for autism research. [Add link to LADDER.] The purpose of this resource is to facilitate reproducible research on autism by providing carefully curated and quality-controlled diffusion-weighted imaging data from ABIDE II. The dataset includes raw and derived DWI data, anatomical MRI data, with accompanying phenotypic information, from the following ABIDE II sites: Barrow Neurological Institute (BNI), Institut Pasteur and Robert Debré Hospital (IP), NYU Langone Medical Center (NYU), San Diego State University (SDSU), and Trinity Centre for Health Sciences (TCD).
