MARBLE (MARker of Brain LatE) is a fully automated in-vivo MRI-based marker of LATE-NC (Limbic-predominant age-related TDP-43 encephalopathy neuropathologic change). MARBLE takes as input raw MRI data (3D T1w, DTI data) and outputs a score linked to the likelihood a person suffers from LATE-NC. The higher the MARBLE score, the higher the likelihood of LATE-NC. MARBLE is a Singularity container that includes a robust MRI data pre-processing pipeline, and therefore users do not need to perform any image processing. MARBLE also includes two classifiers, trained in-vivo and ex-vivo, that are combined to generate the final score.
