MonkeyCBP (A toolbox for connectivity-based parcellation of monkey brain) is an integrated pipeline namedMonkeyCBP realizing tractography-based brain parcellation with automatic processing and massive parallel computing. The highly-automated process and high-throughput performance supported by GPU option makes the toolbox ready to be used by a wider research community.
