Pantheon - a complete fMRI analysis tool for data obtained in the brain, brainstem, or spinal cord
Pantheon is a set of programs for analyzing functional MRI data from any level of the central nervous system (CNS) including the brain, brainstem, or spinal cord. The methods for the brainstem and spinal cord are specially adapted to overcome the challenges of fMRI in these regions. However, the data must be acquired using suitable methods to be effective. All necessary pre-processing steps are included as well as typical model-driven fitting (general linear model) to identify predicted BOLD responses, and connectivity analyses including structural equation modeling (SEM) and structural and physiological modeling (SAPM). The software is designed to be easy-to-use and as automated as possible for analysis of large numbers of fMRI data sets.
