Ratings/Long-term Prospects Comments:  -robust registration algorithm for use w/ any data set; this fact especially important for pediatric populations -simple scripts to make study-specific templates -decent support forum through sourceforge -useful for multiple modality registration (i.e., T1; dti)
Other Comments/Similar Tools:  pretty straightforward to use; new version greatly decreased processing time per subject

Ratings/Long-term Prospects Comments:  This rich set of command-line tools is very useful and being actively developed.
Other Comments/Similar Tools:  The registration capabilities of the ANTS and WarpImageMultiTransform commands are excellent. Just follow the recommended syntax.
