Ratings/Long-term Prospects Comments:  GUI is great but gets a little cumbersome for large numbers of ROIs. Therefore the scripting option is a must when dealing with lots of ROIs. Example scripts provided in the FAQ are extremely helpful and can be incorporated into batching scripts in MatLab. Beyond the FAQ, documentation is fairly sparse, though I haven't found this a problem for what I have been doing (extracting betas and timecourses from many ROIs). The mailing list is helpful for anything beyond the FAQ. Converting between .img (for rendering in other software, e.g. Mricron) and .mat files (that are used in Marsbar) can be a pain.
