| Ratings/Long-term Prospects Comments: | Great, powerful tool to perform 3d-shape analysis of subcortical structures. When it works, it is really good. Take some time to set it up properly and getting the ShapeAnalysisModule; shapeAnalysisMANCOVA_Wizard and the viewer KWMeshVisu to work. Great idea with the online-forum. |
| Other Comments/Similar Tools: | Used freesurfer v.5.3.0 (+Centos 6.4, 64bit) to segment the T1-MRI scans. Used the MRI_binarize command to create binary structure-volumes in nifti-format. Converted these volumes into the needed gipl-format using ITK Snap. |
