Detailed description |
Hello,
I'm interested in using the Arterial Atlas available in NITRC
from this paper: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/article... I've noticed
that the atlas displays watershed borderzones exclusively on the
left side of the brain. Could you clarify whether these borderzones
are symmetrical on both hemispheres? Your insights would be greatly
appreciated.
Thank you for your time and assistance. Looking forward to
hearing from you.
Best,
Ikrame

We assume symmetry. If you want to create a mask for the whole
brain, just LR flip and sum the images.
