Summary: more information Question about fMRI dataset |
Detailed description |
I was wondering whether the data that is part of the image
repository has the time of the scan saved anywhere. I have tried downloading
some of the NIFTI files and can't find this information in the
header. Was this information stripped? If so, is there
a way to recover it?
Thanks,,
John

Unfortunately not. The data in the Image Repository is
currently drawn from the 1000 Functional Connectomes, INDI, and
CANDI Share data, which don't have scan times recorded. (And
basic NIfTI-1 files don't have this information stored, either --
this isn't part of the standard NIfTI-1 header.)
You might try checking if those projects do have this data
recorded:
