Cerebellar White Matter Atlas
The Cerebellar White Matter Atlas is based on probabilistic tractography of high resolution, high quality diffusion MR data of 90 healthy subjects from the Human Connectome Project database. The atlas comes as a 3D probabilistic map, as well as binary parcellations at different probability thresholds. MNI - as well as SUIT (Spatially Unbiased Infratentorial Template) - compatible versions of the atlas are provided.
