The preprocessing pipeline for functional images has been significantly improved with an innovative sequence of steps, resulting in a more robust approach and better correction of susceptibility artifacts. These changes affect fMRI, EEG-fMRI, and functional connectivity studies. This version is fully compatible with and tested on SPM25. A harmonization tool for maps and images has been added. Predefined designs are now included in the fMRI Analysis Tool (fully customizable). And much more. |
