Release Table information
In the release table, I noticed there are some things missing which are needed for some of the work I need to do.

Firstly, it would be nice to have the type of scanner used for each set of subjects.
Secondly, when mentioning the interleaved ascending or descending, it would be useful to know on what number it starts (odd or even).
Thirdly, it would be appreciated to have the delay in TR.

Thank you in advance if you can get these informations in the release table.

RE: Release Table information
Dear Sebastien,

thanks for your interest in the project. Yes, you are right, that information is indeed missing. Sorry we haven't added this information yet. However, we are actively working on getting that info over the next couple of weeks.

Best,
Maarten

Also, I just noticed all the TRs are numbered the "french" way, with a comma to seperate the decimals instead of a dot.

This causes some problems when reading from the table with software.

Is this something meant as a purpose, or just something missed?

RE: Release Table information
Hi,
I am looking for the scanner info for the different datasets. Are those available yet?

Thanks,
Rebecca

RE: Release Table information
Hi Rebecca,

for the FCP classic collection we don't have more information regarding scanner parameters and scanner type available yet. However, for INDI we strive to consistently obtain and include a full sequence protocol readout from every scan type present in a dataset. If a dataset get "upgraded" from the FCP classic to INDI we also strive to include this information as well (e.g., check the Cleveland dataset, where now the full imaging protocol is available).
