Hello everyone,
I’m currently working on a neuroimaging research project related to autism, and I would like to use the ABIDE (Autism Brain Imaging Data Exchange) dataset as part of my study. However, I’ve encountered some issues and would appreciate advice from anyone with experience using the dataset.
So far, I’ve downloaded data
from the ABIDE official website, but most of the files I received
are .csv
phenotypic
data (e.g., age, sex, IQ). I haven’t been able to locate the actual
MRI image files I need, such as .nii.gz
T1-weighted structural images or resting-state
fMRI scans.
I also tried using the AWS CLI
to sync data (e.g., using aws
s3 sync s3://fcp-indi/...
), but I'm unsure where the
files are saved locally, and I’m not clear on which subject folders
are necessary or usable for my research.
I’d really appreciate if anyone could help with the following:
What method did you use to successfully download the .nii.gz MRI
data?
Thanks in advance to anyone willing to share their experience or
advice. I really appreciate your help, and I wish you all the best
in your research!
