TE & TR for anatomic scans?
Hi, perhaps I've missed it, but, I see the TR for the resting state
scans, but is the TR and TE (and flip angle?) available for the
anatomic scans as well?
And, while I'm asking, are the TE's available for the resting state scans?

RE: TE & TR for anatomic scans?
Hi David,
no, unfortunately the TE and flip angle for the datasets in the FCP classic collection is not available. In INDI we do strive to provide a scan protocol read-out for every included sequence (i.e., also including anatomical scans) so that all information will be available. If any of the FCP classic data gets "upgraded" to INDI (like for instance recently the Cleveland dataset) we specifically try to include this sequence information as well.
