I am new here. I have a paper doing something related to functional data analysis. I need to use the ADHD200 dataset in the paper. However, I don't know how to deal with the preprocessed image data. Does anyone here know which dataset has been processed so that I can do the functional data analysis directly? Thanks!
 

Hi Dehan,

all data provided through INDI and the FCP are the raw, unprocessed data. However, there are intitiatives providing preprocessed data  as well (incorporating different processing paths).
