Connectivity matrices from Rubinov paper
Hi there - is there anywhere I can access the connectivity matrices/networks analyzed in Rubinov and Sporns' Neuroimage paper "Weight-conserving characterization of complex functional brain networks"? They mention in the paper that the networks are available here:
http://fcon_1000.projects.nitrc.org
but that's just the homepage for the 1000 functional connectomes project. It'd be nice to access the networks without having to download all the data, run all the preprocessing, ... If possible, it'd be nice to have access to their original ROI masks as well.

Many thanks
Jesse

Jesse,

We uploaded processed data to OpenConnectome website. Please find some matrices (actually may all from the KFC datasets) from the link below:

Hi Jesse,

thanks to Joshua and Eric of the openconnectomeproject.org, the datamatrices can now be downloaded through their site. We will put this link and some extra information also on the FCP pages.

http://openconnectomeproject.org/data/in...

That link also contains specific masks as well as the RSFC measures for these masks used for different analyses (e.g., Craddock, 2011).

I hope this is what you were looking for! Let us know if we can help out with other stuff!

Community Effort! Yes!

RE: Connectivity matrices from Rubinov paper
Thanks Xi-Nian and Maarten - this is exactly what I was looking for! Thanks also to openconnectome for hosting.

One observation: I think the first site labeled 'Berlin' in this directory: http://openconnectomeproject.org/data/in... is actually 'Leipzig'. I'm basing that off the number of subjects, 37, and the fact that in the 21sites.pdf file Leipzing is mentioned but not the other Berlin site.

FYI I'm posting the connectivity matrices on our site (http://umcd.ccn.ucla.edu) for anyone who wants to run a quick web-based graph theory analysis on them.

Thanks again
Jesse

RE: Connectivity matrices from Rubinov paper
You are right, Jesse! That is the Leipzig site, sorry for confusing. The UMCD web-based graph theory is a great resource, we are also preparing a more detailed document on how to play with these KFC small graphs :)

Cheers, Xi-Nian.
