The rotation angle is stored in the last three positions in each row of the marker file.

I updated the error marker file on the above server. Each row in the file has the following filelds:

x,y,z,radius,type,name,comment,x_component,y_component,z_component

the first three numbers are the center of the local window;
'radius' is a constant value of 1;
'type' indicates the error types: '0' means not an error; '1' means a close-branching error; '2' means a crossing error;
'name' has no critical means;
'comment' is empty;
the last three numbers represent an unit vector indicating the view direction. Given the center, I think you can figure out one direction to view the local window.

in the new version (v2.503), the new feature was added to enable right-click a marker in the 3d viewer and open the local viewer around the respective neighbor area. The user can then click the name/comment button in the object manager to annotate.
