Comparing two .SWC Morphologies
I am a new user and enjoying Vaa3D very much. I do have a question which would really help focus my investigation of the softwar.

Give 2 or more cell morphologies (.SWC format), what are the tools available to compare/contrast morphological features?

RE: Comparing two .SWC Morphologies
Thank you for your quick reply. Unfortunately I do not have Blastneuron on my current version of Vaa3D. There is an option for Blastneuron but the plugin drop-down (attached png) only lists the about. I may have to connect the plugin somehow but I haven't found and documentation on it. Is there an available binary which would include it?

I'm currently using the following: https://github.com/Vaa3D/release/releases/download/v3.200/Vaa3D_Ubuntu_64bit_v3.200.tar.gz

I tried building Vaa3d from the github page as well (https://github.com/Vaa3D/Vaa3D_Wiki/wiki...) but the instructions are a bit out of date for my system.

I'm running Ubuntu 20.04..
