MNI to RAS
I want to
transform the output MNI coordinates from BioImage to the RAS
coordinates from Freesurfer. I saw that it is possible to go from
RAS to MNI, do you know if it is possible to go the other way? Any
help would be greatly appreciated!

I am not sure what you trying to do to be honest. Do you have data
processed in BioImage Suite that you need to relate to data
processed in Freesurfer?
What do you mean by RAS coordinates (voxel indices?)
BioImage Suite has functionality for MNI to Talairach mapping -- we never quite did the opposite though (though it can be done sort of manually).
