Calculating counts from ROIs (Mouse Suite)
I am following the Mouse Suite guide (chapter 25 in the manual) to
calculate SPECT counts from ROIs defined on CT image.
In the manual it states that to compute ROI statistics (section 25.7, p.285):
Unfortunately, I cannot find Compute ROI Stats in BioImage Suite 3.2.
Is there any other way to calculate the ROI stats in the Mouse Suite module?
Thank you,
Wawosz

6. Choose Registration, then Transformation from
the left drop down menu, located in the
BioImage:: Suite Mouse Register window. A Registration/Overlay Tool box appears.
7. Click Compute ROI Stats.

Calculating counts
from ROIs (Mouse Suite)
Wawoz,
The way to do this is as follows.
1. Load the SPECT image into the transform viewer
2. Load the ROI map in the transform viewer as the "objectmap", from the Objectmap menu.
3. Under objectmap menu, find "Compute VOI Stats"
Xenios

Xenios,
thank you for this tip. It is unfortunate however, that there is no objectmap menu in the transform viewer when using Mouse Suite. I need to do this by using General -> Brain Register which is confusing, especially when working with mouse hindlimb data.
