brain segmentation
Hi,
I am using BioImage Suite 3.01 on Linux, and I am encountering difficulties running the segmentation tool. I receive the following error message:
Could not find /XXX/XXX/_resl_stripped_stripped_segm_seg.
I am able to use the brain extraction tool without difficulties. I am wondering if this is related to the version of FSL that I have loaded (FSL 5).
Please let me know if more details are needed. I appreciate any advice or suggestion.
Sincerely,
Fay

Most likely this is an FSL issue. We have tested to FSL 4.x

RE: brain segmentation
I now have BioImage Suite using FSL 4.1 instead of FSL 5, and I am
still encountering the same error message when trying to segement.
I am currently using the BioImage Suite version released in March
2011. Would this be resolved if I use the beta version released in
June 2012? Any other thoughts what may be causing the problems?
Thanks,
Fay

Hm. Are you still physically at Yale? If so come by and we will
take a look directly, else we will investigate Monday.

No, I'm no longer at Yale. I'm in St. Louis now at Washington Univ.
I appreciate you looking into it.
