Hi,

I am trying to run Bioimagesuite on a Linux based server but am running into problems.

At the moment. I am running this script 

bis_makebatch --setup batch_T1T2_spacing9_smooth_0.txt --makefile makefile_T1T2_sp9_smooth_0.batch --odir registrations_space9_smooth_0 --dogui 0nohup gmake -k -j2 -f makefile_T1T2_sp9_smooth_0.batch > & registrations_space9_smooth_0/logT1T2_sp9_smooth_0.txt&

It appears to run and creates the log file but it is not actually making the .grd files. 

If anyone has any advise, it would be greatly appreciated.

You need a blank line before nohup. Other than that we need to see the setup file and the make file.

I will attach the files. I have renamed all subjects as XXXAB for added anonymity but they are all different subjects. I can only seem to add one file to a message (i'm probably not seeing something) so I'll add them individually.

The files look good to me. Can you send me the log file (logT1T2_sp9_smooth_0.txt)?
