**INDI UPDATE: More OPEN-ACCESS Datasets **
On behalf of the International Neuroimaging Data-sharing Initiative
(INDI), I am pleased to provide the following updates:
PROSPECTIVE DATA-SHARING
1) The NKI-Rockland Sample
- The sample size is progressively increasing at a rate of 5-6 subjects per week. Currently the sample includes data for 40 participants, including R-fMRI, DTI, and more than 26 phenotypic questionnaires.
- Quick Link: http://fcon_1000.projects.nitrc.org/indi...
2) Initial release of datasets from Beijing anticipated for 1st-2nd week of December.
3) Initial release of datasets from NYU IPN anticipated for 1st-2nd week of December.
** We now have pledges to contribute from 14 SITES! **
- Quick Link: http://fcon_1000.projects.nitrc.org/indi...
RETROSPECTIVE DATA-SHARING
1) The NYU-IPN Substance Dependence Sample
- Data from Kelly et al. (in press, Biological Psychiatry) is now available and includes 29 individuals diagnosed with substance dependence and 24 healthy controls
- Quick Link: http://fcon_1000.projects.nitrc.org/indi...
2) IQ measures for 1000 FCP Beijing dataset
- Coming soon (anticipated release date: Dec 1).
** MORE retrospective datasets to come! **

----------------------------------IMPORTANT REMINDER BEFORE DOWNLOADING DATA----------------------------------To download INDI data. you must login into NITRC and request access. A simple button press, very easy. After that you must be logged in into NITRC before you can download data

RE: **INDI UPDATE: More OPEN-ACCESS Datasets **
i met some problem when downloading the datasets specified in http://fcon_1000.projects.nitrc.org/indi...
the download speed is at about 250KB/s.
however, for
"Includes both linear and nonlinear transformation to MNI space
29GB NYU_Cocaine.FLIRT.LiteNIFTI"
the file i downloaded was 709.53MB
for
"Includes only linear transformation to MNI space
14GB NYU_Cocaine.FNIRT.LiteNIFTI"
the file i downloaded was 1.63GB
for "Includes only nonlinear transformation to MNI space
16GB "
the file i downloaded was 1.5GB.
the download process looks ok.
when i decompress the files, i got some error messages.
such as unexpected compress file end,
also in the folder there is a $P4P$ file which has the same name as the file i just downloaded.

John,
Sounds like your internet connection with NITRC is timing-out during the download - the files sizes specified (e.g., 14GB) are accurate. If you can't get it to download due to your internet connection, email me directly, and we can try to figure out possibilities for getting to you via another medium.
Best,
Mike
