NEURO-BUREAU: ADHD-200 Processed Data Release
In order to bring the ADHD-200
Global Competition to a wider audience, The Neuro Bureau is making
preprocessed versions of the competition data freely available to
the general public (neurobureau.projects.nitrc.org/ADHD200). These
openly downloadable datasets include both preprocessed versions of
structural and functional dataset previously made available by the
ADHD-200 consortium, as well as initial standard subject-level
analyses (e.g., fractional amplitude of low frequency fluctuations,
connectivity maps for 10 commonly observed resting state networks
(Smith et al. PNAS 2009)). We hope this release will open
collaborative possibilities and contributions from researchers not
traditionally addressing brain data -- for those whose specialties
lay outside of MRI and fMRI data processing, the competition is now
one step easier.
The preprocessing pipelines will include:
1) The Athena: resting state fMRI and voxel-based morphometry preprocessing (grey matter) using AFNI and FSL [released]
2) The Burner: voxel-based morphometry processing (grey matter and white matter) using
DARTEL in SPM [coming soon]
3) The NIAK: resting state fMRI preprocessing using the NeuroImaging Analysis Kit on CBRAIN [coming soon]
4) The CIVET: cortical thickness measures extracted using the CIVET pipeline on CBRAIN [coming soon]
Additionally, for May 1, we anticipate the release of extracted timeseries data (in .csv format) and corresponding full- and partial-correlation matrices for a variety of brain parcellation schemes.
For more information and to download data please visit: neurobureau.projects.nitrc.org/ADHD200. A NITRC account is required to download data.
Cheers,
Cameron Craddock, Daniel Margulies, and The Neuro Bureau

I apologize for the repeat posting. The correct URL for the
preprocessed data is neurobureau.projects.nitrc.org/ADHD200.

RE: NEURO-BUREAU: ADHD-200 Processed Data Release
Hi all. First, thanks to INDI and the Neuro-Bureau for doing all
this work. It makes a man hate to ask for more... but naturally I
will anyway.
My teammates and I will likely use the Neuro-Bureau preprocessed data, and in light of that, we'd just as soon not have to download gigs and gigs of data we won't use from the project website. It's really slow going, and we're champing at the bit. Is it possible to release the corrected phenotypic data on its own, not bundled with the imaging data? Or is it already available somewhere that I haven't noticed?
Thanks again,
Matt

Hello Matt,
The preprocessed data includes the most up to data phenotypic data in the tar files, so you do not need to download the raw data. Is this what you were asking?
Cheers,
Cameron

Hi Matt,
Thanks for your suggestion. I will make the phenotypic files available as individual downloads on the ADHD-200 website.
cheers,
Maarten

RE: NEURO-BUREAU: ADHD-200 Processed Data Release
Ah, OK. That's what I wanted. I still think it would be useful in
general to have the phenotypic data available as a separate
download, and it looks like Maarten is on that... but for me, this
is perfect. Thanks!

Phenotypic files are now also available as individual downloads for
the ADHD-200 datasets on the ADHD-200 site.

RE: NEURO-BUREAU: ADHD-200 Processed Data Release
Thanks for your effort. After an attempt to manage by myself the
whole preprocessing I'm turning to rely on the data released by
Neuro-Bureau. Before to proceed I would like to understand what
will happen at the beginning of July when the test data will be
released. What is your plan for getting available the preprocessed
test data according to the parameters applied to training data? How
long will take to release the preprocessed test data? Do you
support the preprocessing for all pipelines or only part of them?
It seems to me that it is not known the size of test data, i.e. the
number of subjects, and may be it is hard to estimate the required
effort. Anyway, any news, good news.
Best regards.
Paolo

RE: NEURO-BUREAU: ADHD-200 Processed Data Release
Hello Paolo,
Thank you for your interested in the ADHD200 preprocessed data. Our intention is to get the data preprocessed and available withen a week of the release. This is of course, our intention, and not a guarantee. I also have no idea how big the the test dataset is, and just hope that I haven't overcommitted myself :).
Cheers,
Cameron

Dear
Hello
I hope you are doing well.i am currently conducting a research project on ADHD and wpuld like to kindley request access to the preprocessed ADHD-200 dataset .if available these data would significantly support the methodological steps in my study ,particulary in fnctional connectivity and graph -theoretical analysis .please let me know if there are any requirements or forums I need to complete for obtaining access.
thank you for your time and assistance.
best regards
Alireza Abyar
