Recommended standard-space DTI template Posted By: Gary Hui Zhang - Nov 4, 2011Tool/Resource: DTI-TK Hi all, A belated note that a recent evaluation study from the group of Dr Arfanakis at the Illinois Institute of Technology showed that DTI-TK is particularly suited for the Enhanced ICBM template. I'm pleased to recommend this template for mapping your data to the MNI space either - directly registering your data to this template with DTI-TK or - registering your local template to this template with DTI-TK The latter option is described in the following tutorial: http://dti-tk.sourceforge.net/pmwiki/pmw...
