How to extract the data for Egger test?
Dear all,
I need to conduct a meta-analysis using SDM-PSI to find the difference between pre and post scans. But I don't know how to extract the data for Egger test. I would be grateful if you could answer and explain my questions.

Dear Huaixi,
Sorry for the delay. To extract the data for the egger test, you have to click on the bottom "extract" and it will automaticaly appear the significant peaks obtained with the threshold option. That will create the data needed for the publication bias
