Is sensitive analysis necessary in the inclusion of studies with less literature?
Dear all,
I now need to conduct the Jackknife sensitivity analyses to explore the sensitivity of the included literature. Still, I have learned from one piece of literature that sensitivity analysis is not recommended if the number of included literature is too small. Is it necessary to conduct sensitivity analysis if there are 7 included literature?

best wishes.
Thanks!

RE: Is sensitive analysis necessary in the inclusion of studies with less literature?

Dear Huaixin,

A meta-analysis with 7 studies has very low statistical power. If you remove more to conduct a sensitivity analysis, there is not enough statistical power to obtain trustworthy results
