Questions on SDM table creation
Dear Dr. Radua

First I would like to thank you once again for your previous suggestion. Here I have some other questions on SDM table creation.

1. Is it necessary to create an "n2 column” if I just include longitudinal data of one group (ie, a baseline scan & a rescan) ? If so, should I just put the same number of the group in both n1 and n2 column?

2. And how could I create and fill in the n1 and n2 column if the longitudinal data extracted include both paired t-test comparing and within group ANOVA?

3.And how could I create and fill in the n1 and n2 column if the longitudinal data extracted include both paired t-test comparing (or within group ANOVA) and between group ANOVA ?

Best regards

Questions on SDM table creation
Dear Chengyu Wang,

I ran several different types of analysis using just an n1 column as my contrasts were all within subjects and it worked fine.

Hope that helps,

Jo

RE: Questions on SDM table creation
Dear Chengyu Wang,

as Jo reported, "n2" column is only necessary for studies with two samples.

Best wishes,

Joaquim
