The ANSIR Laboratory has released its WFU Pipeline as described in "Fully automated processing of fMRI data in SPM: from fMRI scanner to PACS" Neuroinformatics 2009, Maldjian et al. It incorporates data archiving and transfer from the scanner. Real-time SPM5 bach script generation with distributed grid processing, automated error-recovery procedures, data-provenance, and more can be automatically started from the scanner or may be used on existing data. Optional DICOM conversion is available of the final data, including insertion of the image into a PACS database. The ANSIR Laboratory is at Wake Forest University Medical School. Funding has been provided by the Human Brain Project and NIBIB through grant number R01EB004673.
