Combine effect from different seed in resting-state?
Thanks, sdm-psi update. I really like this convenient and concise tool.
I plan to use sdm to do the meta-analysis of rest-state seed-based FC.
I have a problem about combine effect, because sdm recognizes the one txt as one contrast, how can I merge the results of different roi.
Because often a paper will use more than one seed. These seed may or may not have results.

For example, 4 seed points were selected.
sudy_roi1.spm.mni.txt,
sudy_roi2.spm.mni.txt,
sudy_roi3.spm.mni.txt,
sudy_roi4.spm.mni.txt
I want to merge the results of these seed , because I think these 4 points belong to the same resting-state network.
So what should I do?

Your sciencly

RE: Combine effect from different seed in resting-state?
I think of a possible process, please discuss it together.
If study 1, contains 4 roi, belong to two networks of A and B: roiA1, roiA2, roiB1, roiB2.
The process:
1. combine image: networkA = roiA1 + roiA2
Preprocessing
Mean
2. combine image: networkB = roiB1 + roiB2
Preprocessing
Mean
3.Multimodal meta-analyses: networkA + networkB
