I am running SDM on my MacOS X El Capitan in the terminal. As you advised on your homepage, I gave execution permission to the files sdm_mac and imgcalc. I also gave execution permission to all files in the mac64 folder. Unfortunately, when I try to start the pre-processing with your tutorial data, the calculations stops and then I always get this message:
"WARNING: Compressed file 'pp_(null).nii.gz' not found.
The program will close as this problem could cause fatal errors."

Could you help me on that?

we have the same problem with the 5.141 version both for MAC and win.
I've run another meta-analysis on my mac and it worked.

Where is the data located? Can you check if there are spaces in the path to the data?

Sorry. I just want to make some supplements that this problem appeared when I was analyzing the voxel based FA study. When I preprocessed other modalities, there seemed to be no problems and worked successfully. So I have no idea about this phenomenon. Hope I explain this issue clearly.

Sorry for the late response, I've been traveling for quite a long time. 

Could you paste the whole execution log? (A preprocessing execution should start with a line 'aAnalyzing coordinates'). 

Also, in case we aren't able to solve the problem, if any of you two wouldn't mind sending us the meta-analysis data, we could try to reproduce the error and find the source.

Hi all, I'm Gabriele and I have the same problem. Just before the end of the pre-processing, it appears the Warning Message "Compressed file 'pp_(null).nii.gz' not found". And if I want to process further analiysis (like Mean and Linear Model), the feedback error is exactly the same. Here below I post you all the Log launched
