deactivations
Dear sir/madam:
I have a question about SDM analysis. Say I''m interested in meta-analyzing fRMI results for contrast [a > b]. Some studies will also report the reversed contrast [b > a]. Do I enter these coordinates and then give the T-value a negative sign to include 'deactivations'?
Best,
Jurriaan

RE: deactivations
Dear Jurriaan,
Yes, in order to include deactivation peaks you add the t-value with inverted sign.
Best,
Anton
