input of original T-maps: standard space
Dear expert,
I have one last question relating to my previous post:
-If I use an original T-map as input from SPM; do I need to convert to MNI space or does SDM do this automatically (as it does with entering peak coordinates)?
Thanks for your response and best,
Jurriaan Witteman

Dear Jurriaan,
No, you don't need to convert. As long as SDM can identify the space as Tal or MNI, it will be able to use the data.
Best,
Anton
