Summarizing overlays
Greetings,
I have been trying to determine if MRIcroGL can compile/aggregate overlays into one statistical overlap mask, similar to how MRIcron does. Is this possible?

The MRIcron feature Draw/Statistics/CreateOverlapImages does not
exist in MRIcroGL. The applications are tiny, so you can always
keep both. You can use fslmaths for this (which is now available
for Windows users via WSL).
