Additionaly, The raw data is not in BIDS format, which is required by the most preprocess pipeline such as C-PAC.

As a results, the slice timeing correction step cannot be performed, which may significantly affect the accuracy of  time-series anaylsis. If anyone has located the slice acquirement times elsewhere or has suggestions on how to proceed, I would greatly appreciate your guidance.
