Dear ABIDE Team,

I am currently processing the raw BIDS data from the  ABIDE II datasets. I believe I have identified a potential mismatch between the NIfTI image headers and the accompanying JSON metadata files for the NYU sites.

Upon checking the data, I observed the following inconsistencies:

     ABIDEII-NYU_1： The raw images have 33 slices, but the JSON file claims there are 34.

     ABIDEII-NYU_2： The raw images have 34 slices, but the JSON file claims there are 33.

It appears that the JSON sidecar files for these two datasets may have been  mislabeled during the data organization process. This mismatch causes automated preprocessing pipelines (such as SPM or fMRIPrep) to fail during Slice Timing Correction due to the discrepancy between the expected and actual slice counts.

Could you please verify this issue?
